My Background

My journey into this work was personal.

Before the age of 21, I suffered three orthopedic injuries and underwent multiple surgeries. Each time, movement was taken from me — and each time I had to rebuild.

That experience shaped how I coach today.

I understand what it feels like to:

Movement became my medicine.
